Like Twitch but without the games… and video.

GrandPOOBear, Jaku, and Xwater feel like the Xbox One X is a tough sell. With a lack of strong exclusives for the Xbox platform, is there a need to have a console outputting in 4K resolution? The newly Xbox One X isn’t exactly flying off the shelves, and the question our hosts answer is: Do they see that changing during the holiday season?

Niantic, the developers behind Pokémon Go, have announced that they’re going to make a Harry Potter mobile game called Harry Potter: Wizards Unite. Poo, Jaku, and Xwater theorize how the game will work and talk about some of issues that plagued Niantic’s other projects.

Is the Nintendo Switch worth buying? According to our hosts: yes. With ample first party support and quality third party games, there is plenty on the platform to keep you satisfied. Unfortunately, while the Switch may be a winner, the Wii U was not. One of the things that the console did well, Miiverse, has been officially taken offline. Our hosts reminisce about the feature and talk about some changes made recently to Mario Maker.

Poo, Jaku, and Xwater answer a viewer question about long speedruns and have a Hot Take on whether or not it makes sense to change your name as a streamer.

The last game console I ever bought was a GameCube. When they were new. Of course, I will probably break this console-less streak with a Switch sometime soon, but I haven’t had any care for anything Microsoft or Sony has done since the Playstation 2. I wouldn’t mind having a 360 because there’s some great games on the system that I still like, but I never felt enough drive to get one myself.
